Privacy notice
This notice explains what information is processed when you visit tokeyweb.com or contact us. TokeyWeb is a service by Sejaung Enterprise, Kapit, Sarawak.
What we receive
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. We only receive your phone number, profile name and message if you send that message.
- Email: if you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and message.
- Site statistics: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page performance in aggregate. It does not use cookies. Clicks on the WhatsApp buttons are counted by package and button position through Cloudflare Zaraz, without identifying individuals. Cloudflare sets one technical cookie (cf_zaraz_client, 1-year expiry). In our checks it contains no personal identifier.
- Hosting logs: this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web servers, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
This site has no forms that send information to us (the form in the demo examples only opens WhatsApp) and does not set advertising cookies.
Purpose
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed projects and keep payment records. We do not sell your information.
Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta) and Cloudflare process data under their own privacy policies, and their servers may be outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
Enquiry chats and emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Quotation and payment records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information by writing to [email protected]. Records we are legally required to keep may not be deleted.
